CB “LOCKO-Bank” (CJSC) increased its registered capital

On 12th of February, 2013 the Central Bank of Russia officially registered the Report on the results of the additional ordinary uncertified share issue made by CB “LOCKO-Bank” (CJSC). Total number of shares issued is 500,000. The placement price was fixed at RUB 1,000 per share with proceeds from the offering amounting to RUR 500 mln. The issue was acquired by the current shareholders of the Bank. As a result of the additional issue, LOCKO-Bank’s charter capital went up by 19.23% to RUR 3.1 bln.

The Bank exhibits impressive financial results where additional capital will help the Bank to maintain its growth rates, increase its credit portfolio as well as to expand the regional network,” believes Pavel Voznesensky, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
