Elena Portnyagina Joined the Executive Board

Elena Portnyagina was appointed Deputy Chairman and joined the Executive Board according to Board of Directors’ decision at the previous meeting. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation approved her candidacy.

Elena Portnyagina graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 1998. She has been working more than 17 years in banking sector in Private banking and was responsible for affluent customers during the last 6 years.

Elena Portnyagina as Deputy Chairman is responsible for Private banking development in LOCKO-Bank.
