Ferdinand Willem Tuinstra Joined the Board of Directors

Mr. Ferdinand Willem Tuinstra became a Member of the Board of Directors in June 2014 according to LOCKO-Bank Annual General Shareholders Meeting’s decision. He was a Senior Banking Advisor in International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), Ukraine until the end of 2013.

Mr. Tuinstra graduated from Nijenrode University Netherlands School of Business as BBA, Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium as MBA and New York University Leonard Stern School of Business as MSc in Risk Management. Не was a Corporate Director for loan restructuring in Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), The Netherlands until December 2009.

Mr. Tuinstra became Independent Consultant and Advisor at IFC in January 2014. Не joined the Board of Directors of LOCKO-Bank as Independent Member.
