International Financial Corporation IFC recognised LOCKO-Bank the Best Issuing Bank in Europe and Central Asia for Funded Trade

LOCKO-Bank took part in Forth Annual Meeting of Banks Participating in Global Trade Finance Program in Istanbul at the end of May 2011. At the conference where the results of the Program in 2010 were summarised LOCKO-Bank was awarded with "Best Issuing Bank in Europe and Central Asia for Funded Trade".

This is already the second award received by the Bank in 2011 for its achievements in the support of trade finance reflecting the increase of foreign trade finance share in total client business of the Bank. Previously LOCKO-Bank was recognised as one of the most active participants of trade finance support program of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Participation in trade finance support programs of the leading international institutions - IFC, EBRD, Eurasian Development Bank - allows LOCKO-Bank to offer better financing terms of foreign trade transactions to its clients in any part of the world. The evidence of which is the increased demand for trade finance services including ample opportunities to restructure foreign trade transactions of any complexity.
