LOCKO-Bank announces changes in the retail management

To implement LOCKO-Bank's strategy, better customer service and focus on the development of new digital products, the organizational structure of the bank has been changed with the redistribution of functionality. The Center for the Development of Debit and Credit Cards was created, and Nikita Ignatenko was appointed its head. Svetlana Surina also joined the LOCKO-Bank team as the head of the Consumer Lending Center. In their work Nikita and Svetlana will develop their areas and expand the line of card and credit products.

Before joining LOCKO-Bank, Svetlana Surina has been developing retail products for large federal banks for over 10 years. She began her career in 2005 at Absolut Bank, reaching the position of Deputy Head of the Retail Credit Products Division of the Product Marketing Department. In 2011 she joined the MTS-Bank team as the head of the Retail Credit Products Development Department of the Business Process Development Department. From 2014 to 2017 she held the position of Director of the Retail Business Department of the Retail and Electronic Business Unit at UNIASTRUM BANK. From 2018 to 2020 she worked at Renaissance Credit as the Head of the Retail Banking Products Development Department. In 2006 Svetlana graduated from the Moscow State Transport University with a degree in Finance and Credit, and also with a degree in Professional Communication Translator (English).

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation and an MBA in strategic management from Kingston University.

Nikita Ignatenko has over 10 years of experience in the banking sector .In 2008 Nikita started working for Renaissance Credit as a loan representative. From 2010 to 2011 he was an analyst at HSBC Bank, a member of the international HSBC group. In 2011 he joined the Citibank team as a Senior Card Analyst. From 2012 to 2016 he was the Head of the Card Business Department at MDM Bank, and from 2016 to 2017 he held a similar position at BCS Bank.

Before joining LOCKO-Bank, he worked for MTS-Bank for three years as head of the Card Products Department. Nikita graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2011 with a degree in Mathematical Methods in Economics.
