LOCKO-Bank Plans to Place Three Additional Bond Issues for 4 Billion Rubles

The Board of Directors of LOCKO-Bank decided to place three additional bond issues to the bond issue series BO-05, totaling 4 billion rubles.

The volume of additional issues №1 and №2 will be 1 billion rubles, and №3 - 2 billion rubles. The par value is 1,000 rubles per bond. All additional issues maturity date is the same as the main issue one - July 17, 2018. The placement of additional bond issues will be by public subscription at the Moscow Exchange.

The main bond issue series BO-05 of 3 billion rubles was placed in July 2013. The maturity is 5 years from the date of placement.
