Planned Changes in LOCKO-Bank’s Executive Board

Board of Directors plans to devolve responsibility of Chairman of the Executive Board on the member of the Board of Directors, President of the Bank - Mr. Victor Davydik temporarily, owing to the unexpected death of the incumbent Chairman of the Executive Board - Mr. Dmitry Kryukov.

Documents for approval of the temporary appointment of Chairman of the Executive Board will be sent to The Central Bank of the Russian Federation prior to 15 March 2014.
