Roman Kornev Joined the Executive Board

Roman Kornev was appointed Deputy Chairman and joined the Executive Board according to Board of Directors’ decision at the previous meeting. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation approved his candidacy.

Roman Kornev has solid experience in the financial sector. Total work experience in banks and such leading global companies as Ernst and Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed a variety of projects with financial institutions, is more than 13 years. He has the international certificates of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA Institute, USA) and the Association of Certified and Corporate Accountants (ACCA, UK). Currently, Roman Kornev has been studying at the University of Cambridge, UK, in the MBA program. He joined LOCKO-Bank as Chief Financial Officer in 2013.

Roman Kornev as Deputy Chairman is responsible for the Finance Department in LOCKO-Bank.
