Universal commercial bank

Locko-Bank founded in 1994 is a universal commercial bank. The head office is located in Moscow.
The name of the bank derives from the English word &ldquo;lock&rdquo;. Such notion reflects one of the main bank&rsquo;s values, which is reliable protection and security of customers&rsquo; money. &nbsp;The logo sign represents a yellow coin under the cover of the bank which also symbolizes the protection of customers' funds and the reliability of bank investments.
Locko-Bank has A-(RU) soundness credit rating from Russian rating agency ACRA. Since 2004 the bank has been a member of the deposit insurance system and since 2014 has been an agent bank of the Deposit Insurance Agency for insurance indemnities payments to depositors of other banks. Abovementioned provides customers with an additional guarantee of private deposits safety.
According to the results of 2021, Locko-Bank ranks 39th in the banks ranking in terms of net profit, 48th by assets according to Interfax-100 and 37th in terms of private deposits according to portal Banki.ru. It is listed in the TOP 15 private banks for millionaires and the TOP 65 most credible banks in Russia according to Forbes magazine.
The Bank offers a wide product line range and a set of services to retail and corporate clients.
&nbsp;Key product areas are as follows:

<li>deposit and savings accounts;</li>
<li>credit and debit cards;</li>
<li>currency exchange operations;</li>
<li>car and consumer loans;</li>
<li>settlement and cash services for large segment companies, as well as small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and individual entrepreneurs (sole proprietors);</li>
<li>loans and guarantees for legal entities (including contract business support);</li>
<li>private banking for private wealthy clients and asset management based on the subsidiary company "Locko-Invest".</li>

Locko-Bank has been actively investing in digital services and expanding the geography of remote customer service coverage. Continuous products and services improvement, increasing the attractiveness of daily banking services, the development of technological infrastructure and the expansion of the digital segment are bank&rsquo;s key priorities.
The bank provides services in 43 Russian cities in the remote mode. The branch network comprises 32 branches in 22 regions of the Russian Federation. The client base accounts for more than 130,000 individuals and more than 30,000 enterprises from various fields of Russian economy.

The Bank&rsquo;s corporate affairs are governed by its Charter, its internal regulations, including the corporate governance code, laws governing banks and companies registered in the Russian Federation.

The Bank undertook this reorganization in order to improve its corporate governance standards and increase the transparency and investment appeal of the Bank following its participation in an International Financial Corporation (&quot;IFC&quot;) program to improve corporate governance practices in the Russian banking sector. The Bank&rsquo;s efforts in this respect culminated in the Bank being awarded the status of a &quot;leading Bank in corporate governance in Central and Eastern Europe 2008&quot; by Euromoney magazine. This honorary award was in recognition of the Bank&rsquo;s corporate governance improvement initiatives.

The Bank complies with all major corporate governance principles, and corporate governance procedures within the Bank are continuously improving under the guidance of the Bank&rsquo;s institutional investors. In 2005, the Bank participated in IFC&rsquo;s corporate governance project with the following results:

	<li>the Bank was re-organised from a limited liability company into a closed joint-stock company;</li>
	<li>the Bank&rsquo;s charter was amended to reflect commonly accepted corporate governance principles;</li>
	<li>there was a change in the composition of the Board as one of the shareholders who previously held the position of Chairman of the Executive Board renounced his position on the board and an independent person was appointed in his place;</li>
	<li>the Bank adopted a Corporate Governance Code at the General Shareholders Meeting which was held on 18 May 2007.</li>
